i have become more advanced now and it seems that i am confortable with css.

i am stuck on something. whats the best and easy way to create rounded corners

for exaxmple, i have a website with wordpress and the replies i want to show in rounded corners like a balloon shape. i have an andriod phone and my text show the message on a ballon, i want to make it like that too.
